Have used this plugin on many sites with great success. It's dead simple yet quite powerful.
I had been using Advanced Access Manager, which I frankly found extremely confusing. Installed this instead and had it up and running in about half an hour.
This plugin is great if you just want to make alterations to existing roles.
Simple, easy and works great.
It's do what it should do, that's all. Simple roles and capabilities managing.

Works pretty good and it's better than I expected.
The plugin is good, keeps the idea of membership simple. I wish it had a shortcode for a login form to be able to add the login form to the Restricted Content area.
It does indeed do what I wanted, but even basic support is lacking - it wouldn't have taken much time for the author of the plugin to say 'yes'. Just ignoring potential customers is bad marketing.
This is a very useful plugin!
