A set of tools to help manage your media library. Big improvements are coming to the WordPress media library in 3.5. If your not using the media libr
This plugin delivers as promised!
Thanks for making my life easier.
Thank you big time! This was just what I needed for a project.
Great work, much appreciated for sharing.
Clearly? you save my life ;-)
for a client i migrate 500 posts+ from Expressionengine to WordPress and all images were visible on posts but not attach propely ( images were not import to the media library)
This plugin solve it.
Thanks you X100
I've never felt the need to write a review until I tried this one. This plugin is excellent! It was 100% time saver to grab all my external images, save them on my website, and then set the first picture as the featured image. Took a couple minutes, and then boom, done. I recommend this plugin for any one that needs it!!
Great plugin! Saved me a lot of headaches. Still works in 3.6.1 even though it has not been updated in a while.
Nice tool, if you move your site and got some images in post linked from the old site. Or using media manager, paste a link from another site, save the post and run the tool. Wow, you imported the image to your own server instead of hotlinked media.
Another star for placing the plugin at the right place in backend menu, Tools! Not settings or media to options.
I would give another star if this could also provide an export function, like find all media attachment in posts, zip it and save to disk.
Then a perfect combination in one place.
I just used this on a site that I imported from another WP install which had over 6,000 images and 600 posts. This plugin fixed all but 27 posts (something was wrong with the image itself, not the plugin). This is getting added to my default installed plugins for sure. Cheers!
I am starting a new WordPress blog using one hundred articles from another blog of mine and this plugin saved my hours of work. <3
Many many thanks for writing this useful plugin.
I was having a lot of problems with the standard WordPress Import plugin and have been looking for alternatives. The Media Tools plugin does an excellent job of importing images into the media library.
Thanks very much,
P.S. If the standard WordPress import tool doesn't work, I found that you can import pages, posts, and comments from WordPress.com using the WordPress.com Importer plugin:
It won't import images, but Media Tools will. The combination of WordPress.com Importer and Media Tools works very well.
