Works nicely, I would only suggest adding the capability to assign a category directly when uploading a media - or automatically assign it when uploading a media from a within a specific category.

The plugin don't work with codestyling localisation.

Just one category allowed

This Plugin has some limitations. For me the most important are:

  • Just one category per media file is allowed
  • You can't filter these categories in the standard media library overview page. (The Plugin makes an extra makes an extra "Media Category Library"

"Media Tags" by Paul Menard solves theses problems and has many more excellent features not only for the backend (management) but also for the frontend.
