Track visitor activity, capture and manage incoming leads, and send collected emails to your email service provider.
I've used hubspot for a larger company for 4 years. We were on of their first batch of customers and the early software was rough. Over the years it became better (and more expensive).
I've been using the inbound now plugin for WordPress. What I like about it is that it's easy to use and gives you an enormous amount of functionality for a plugin. It's also early on in its lifecycle with tons of new features and enhancements coming out. That means jumping on board gives you a chance as a user to share your thoughts and ideas directly with the development team. In other words, you become part of making the product your own.
The support of this plugin is awesomely ridiculous fast and if you have any problems all you have to do is submit it and you can be rest assured someone will look at it and respond quickly. My support incident from this morning was responded to and resolved in less than a few minutes. I think that's incredible and I hope that as Inbound Now grows they can maintain that level of awesomeness.
Given the pricing of professional inbound solutions these days, which can run thousands of dollars a month, this plugin is the deal of the century to manage your inbound marketing efforts.
I'm really looking forward to what this plugin will do in the years ahead!
Not only is this plugin very easy to use, it also has great functionality.
The analytics on the leads is a great bonus, so is the ability to export the leads.
Furthermore, the forms are easily customizable and the subsequent email to the address of your choice can be replied to that delivers it to the actual leads email address.
As well, the dev team was very helpful in troubleshooting. They proactively assisted with the troubleshooting, so much so that they actually ftped into my site and fixed the issue (which was caused by my host not being upgraded to newest version of php)
If you have not hooked this plugin up to FullContact, do so! The data it collects is simply amazing. Collecting the leads social channels, time on site, pages viewed, landing page converted and so much more.
If you're a marketer or small business owner this plugin is a MUST, like Yoast is.
I downloaded all three plugins 5 days ago. I am not techy and know ZERO CSS, but am about 98% ready to launch 4 new landing pages with CTAs. I had a few issues and David responded within minutes of me asking.
This plugin is amazing. I used the built in form tool to create both a contact form and online inquiry form. All field post through to the leads table. I found support incredible. These guys are not making a cent from me yet they helped me through all my custom coding to add staff assignment of leads and troubleshooting some jquery conflicts and permalink issues. This plugin beats the CRM solutions I compared it with. Great job guys!
This tool has so much value, you'd be insane not to install it. It's a must have for any business owner, or someone concerned with lead generation. I love it.
Anything regarding marketing, lead management, and implementing strategy takes time and is complicated. However plugins like leads, landing pages, and call to action make this extremely easy to get moving fast with out worrying about to many technical questions.
This plugin currently operates on a multisite install providing great features to our clients and they appreciate the functionality.
I eagerly wait for the automation plugin! Extremely excited to see that.
I'd like to thank everyone for supporting and using the plugin.
When we launched the plugin there were a couple kinks in the code, but we have ironed those out and are continually improving the plugin based on user feedback.
We have thousands of sites running the plugin with no issues.
If you do see an issue. Please let us know at http://www.inboundnow.com/support/forum/leads-support/ and we will get right on it!
I installed for the same reason as @galtmilemediagroup (recommended with landing pages plugin). Because of their review I was able to quickly test my own & received the same error:
"An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums."
After uninstalling, everything returned to normal.
