Supercharge your WordPress site with powerful features previously only available to WordPress.com users.
Update the plugin within the website. Got stuck with a hanging update page. After removing the .maintenance file on the FTP i got access to the site again. The plugin was updated, but the website is broken for a moment. So please beware after updating.
A developer friend recomended this. And its great, I especially like the WP stats, its a good and fresh number to compare against GoogleAnalytics, and from a SEO editorial perspective, its great.
Looks like a giant ad when you load the page...I just need to get to settings and can't find easily. The old system showed grid with name of app, description and tools to activate and configure. Now you have a list and unless you can remember what the name of the app is, you have to go back and forth to find the name of the app and what it does. BAD UI/design.
Site down for two days by trying to add twitter widget.
As the dashboard was down too I could not deactivate the plugin.... Was very painful for 2 days !! Not worth it.
This is an awesome plugin, with lots of features. Although I would recommend you to disable modules which you wouldn't like to use, so that this plugin doesn't slow down your site.
Whenever I connect my blog to wordpress.com using jetpack it distorts my website. My layout, links and posts are all messed up and out of place. As soon as I deactivate jetpack it all works as intended again.
Thanks for this plugin
Crashes iOS browsers (at least Safari on different iPhone models).
Seen the report in support forums of different themes. Since they mentioned it probably is the comment form feature, I tried to find a way to switch that off - doesn't seem possible, so I had to switch the whole plugin off. Not nice at all.
Has a lot of sub-plugins, while I like knowing that I'm not missing out on what WordPress.com users get, I'd like more fine-grained control over what's available in JetPack.
Before I think of installing another plugin for my sites, I'm in the habit of checking if JetPack already has it.
