Online form generator, ideal for cost-estimates and calculations
I've been looking for a form like this. This is the most powerful and easy-to-use plugin I've ever tried! Thank you!
Sure it's just 60-75% complete in terms of overall functionalities...but still it's the best (n free) I have come across yet...
We have an website for solar panels, insulation, double glazing etc. People want to know what they can save by implementing these measures. This way we can give them some impressions and make it personal.
Keep up the good work.
Whilst this plugin could do with some more work, the power it provides is immense.
I have been able to produce some very complex forms with a great deal of functionality and which would no doubt have cost thousands to get a developer to code.
Take a look at the finished product on our online conveyancing site. The forms can calculate all of the different variables for prices on a sliding scale, as well as applicable taxes and other things like that.
It did take a while to work out how to do it all, especially with the rather monstrous nested IF formulae which were required in some places, but it's worked pretty well.
Some improvements would be very welcome: better styling options, HTML output in the email function, conditional display of fields, and Captcha and/or Akismet, but overall this plugin is hugely impressive.
Igor - thank you so much for enabling me to create this site. I'm very grateful to you for all the obvious hard work you must have put in to this.
With required fields, it would be perfect to me.
this is the best WordPress plugins I've come across. Waiting for more updates and detail tutorials on templates and documentation. Thumbs up!!!
This is the ONLY plugin I could find that can do real time quotes in an easy to use format.
There are certainly some limitations to its functionality but it basically does what I need it to.
If you know how to use excel you should have no problem using this plugin.
I have been trying for over a year to write the code for an excel style order form for our business, with limited success. However, I found the Jazzy Forms plugin and here is the result:
Having spent a weekend thoroughly learning the ropes with this plugin, I can highly recommend it to others with similar problems. It works! Not only that, it can be coded to look good as well (1.css does most of it), and I am currently working on that.
The only thing I found wanting was it badly needs a captcha system to keep the idiots with bots out.
Thanks Igor, a truly great plugin.
- Easy to use
- Very functional
- Further documentation would be great
- I couldn't seem to use text within an IF Statement, ie: it would only take numerical input. I would like to be able to have:
IF(condition=true,"Would like food","Would not like food")
But was unable to do that, instead, I have it setup to read a 1 or a 0. Not a huge deal.
It works, is very well written and the Ajax forms admin is superb. It could do with more control of styling, and multi-page (or tabbed or accordion) forms would be great.
Once understood, and in conjunction with the function reference on jazzyforms.com, it's pretty obvious how to use the plugin, but some getting started documentation will help noobs.
