JAST supply a simple way to let your site interactive with the visitor. It's easy to use, but can still do complicate survey questionnaires.
The plugin requires editing of code to build the form... no wysiwyg interface, but that's OK. Building the survey is pretty easy, though adding the code to make certain inputs be 'required' is a lot more manual work.
Architecturally it's a little different than other plugins in that it creates 'survey' pages. Not embed code that is added to your own pages or posts. I'm sure there are lots of limitations resulting from this design, such as not being able to put a survey page in a WP menu. Kind of limiting, but again that's OK.... if it worked.
But the real problem is that while preview mode works, once you publish the survey page, it is no longer available. Even using the test example provided fails. Page not found!
I guess this teaches me a lesson about downloading and trying 1.0.0 of anything. Oh well.
