Seems like above error is resolved, as I didn't get any error after installation. Very nice plugin for my intranet site.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /var/www/vhosts/WEBSITE.org/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/ip-address-blocker/ip-address-blocker.php on line 31

Don't have time to go look trough the code at this time so I just wanted to let you know..
