manual trigger works fine
By , for WP 3.9

It *was* tricky to set up manual trigger -- I had to google a bit to learn that navigation div has to be below content div, not at the bottom of content div -- but pleased with the results.

Bad support and bad instructions.
By , for WP 3.6.1

Easy to understand but selectors may cause problems depending on the layout of your website.
Support is unresponsive but I don't doubt that the plugin works if you can figure it out.
If one selector is wrong the entire plugin will remain static giving you no clue if you're moving in the right direction or not.
I'm experienced with css but my pagination had no a link. The link was source within php and i'm no php expert.
Was therefore unable to use the correct a class surrounding my pagination links.
Ultimately ended up creating a different theme concept for my website which leads me to never requiring this plugin. Would have been a nice idea though.
