Add syntax highlighting to the HTML editor.
works great in 3.5 but for some reason it now forces the html view as the default for every post. You can still go to the 'Visual' tab but for the average user, I wouldn't want html to be the first thing they see. Still - awesome to finally have syntax highlighting in the post editor, thanks!
I searched for hours for a plugin that would code highlight the text/html view and this was the only one I found! Great work!
Otherwise guess it is ok for someone that writes his own html.
This + the change of default view to html editting makes it usable but far from ideal
Thank you for an excellent plugin; it does what it says!
EDIT: as of version 1.3.0, everything below does not apply anymore.
My only complaint (as of v1.2.1) is that it doesn't preserve the scroll/cursor position after saving the post. I think this is an important feature because the people who are using this plugin the most are those like me, who make frequent changes and tweaks, and constantly save/preview the updates. Having to find and scroll back to the last editing point is very frustrating and time consuming.
With the above feature, this plugin would be officially perfect!
