Groups 404 Redirect
Redirect 404's when a visitor tries to access a page protected by Groups.
This plugin depend on other plugin...u need to install another plugin after install this..
I've installed this plug-in, but when I test it in a non-signed in browser (Firefox), I still get the regular 404 error page. I've left the post ID field blank so that it will redirect to the home page. Any ideas? WP 3.5.1

As the requests for the ability to provide an alternative to the 404's thrown when access to a page is denied by Groups, I wrote this plugin for those who would like to redirect the visitor to the WordPress login or a specific page.
