What I like about this plugin is that I got it and never hat to touch the advanced settings. It just does what it's supposed to do and keeps my sitemap updated the way Google likes it.
It has made the management of the sitemap a breeze.

This handy plugin makes it super easy to create an xml sitemap for Google to index your blog. Setup is simple. Just create a few files on your server and change the permissions. Update the plugin and build your sitemap. Remember to log into Google webmaster tools to submit the sitemap. Fast and easy.

When we first brought up our blog in february of 2012 we were following a story that had national attention and we had some inside information. With the use of this plugin we were getting indexed and rank within an hour of our postings. This drew links from Time Magazine, ESPN and others. Highly recommend.
