Settings Link is not appeaing

When I upload and installed this plugin on one of sites, settings link is not appearing. Can anyone help me out?

The 1.5 update breaks add links to post and...

I really love this plugin however the update 1.5 breaks your add links and select the category in the 'add post' screen. As soon as I restored the previous everything started working again.

If it worked after the update I would certainly give it 5 stars.
