First off, may I start by saying the support team is amazing and quick. I was very surprised to get a response within 15 minutes of sending my email on a Sunday. My issue was resolved in no time to say the least. Unfortunately, Google has withdrawn the support of many of its chat widgets. Formilla is one of the last options. The dashboard presents a wide array of options for customization, etc. I am very pleased with this service, and I look forward to a long future with this solution.

This plugin is amazing. What can I say? Works perfectly. The support is amazing, and replies within minutes, not hours.
If only all plugin makers could take a leaf out of these guy's books :)

For a one man show like my office it's quite a big step to offer live chat for web support. Moreover, I'm frequently out of office and therefore need a seamless communication channel. Therefore I gave Formilla's chat tool a try - without really knowing what would await me when it comes to handle the support requests. I fell immedately in love with this solution: The setup is so easy and secure, it's not even worth mentioning the time it took. The really great thing is the support panel in the backend: This allows a professional handling of requests either by mail or by chat.
Another important part of extensions is the handling of support requests. When I asked Formilla to implement the german language, Tony not only replied incredibly fast and friendly, but set up this option in no time. Thanks again for this great work - and the personal, friendly support!

Wow finally an amazing plugin...Look no further!

wow wow wow that's all I can say...we hunted for weeks to find a live chat plugin that was simple and easy to use! After installing and uninstalling so many other plugins due to functionality problems, I came across FORMILLA LIVE CHAT which is so easy to use and most important advert free! it's very clean looking so doesn't take up part of your website...the great thing is you can chat and manage emails through the formilla interface website or even set up GTalk using Trillian which also works amazing. This really is the best live chat out there and trust me I have been through the majority of them! I would also like to mention the support function is incredible, I submitted a question to Formilla and within 5 minutes they responded with an answer. Using a live chat is the way forward with any website today as potential clients are so used to using chat applications, it gives them the security and make them feel like they are not committing to anything. top marks all round on this superb live chat which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic plugin and support

This is one of the best Live Chat plugins I have tested. It has a very simple and beautiful design whilst also being very sturdy and reliable!

The support is great too with messages being replied to within an hour or two and then immediately there after!

I can't recommend this Live Chat plugin enough!

Very solid plugin and outstanding support!

This the first live-chat plugin I have used and it rocks! Easy to use, works smoothly, no issues with install. Had a couple of questions come up and the support was A-1!

I really like getting the email transcript when I was not available....I find a visitor far more likely to fill out the chat window (email) vs. my contact form.
