I'd tried several solutions for providing lightbox / thickbox / colorbox / fancybox functionality to my website, and only after hours of testing and trying, being frustrated with lack of functionality, options, looks etc. did I find this plugin based on a review:

After installing it, it was like a dream come true. Beautiful design, great customization possibilities, works on all devices.

I did run into a problem with an existing Jquery call, but lo and behold, the author had anticipated this and offers an option to disable the Jquery call from the plugin.. I couldn't be happier!

I do have two requests:

1. Swipe functionality for tablets and smartphones
2. Option to set distance (padding) of right/left buttons from edge.

But I am very happy with what I have :-)

missing ; is creating problem for other java scripts
