Still works great if you only use the html tab in editor
By , for WP 3.9.1

You can't switch between visual and html mode in the editor with this plugin, but if you only use the html editor, this works fine.

Super
By , for WP 3.8.1

Très vieux plugin mais qui fonctionne parfaitement encore en 2014. Le meilleur de ceux que j'ai testé, n'oblige pas à utiliser des shortcodes mais tout simplement permet de coder en php comme on en a l'habitude !

Essential, simple pluging, still going strong
By , for WP 3.5.1

Even as this plugin hasn't been updated in a while it is an essential addition to WP. I use it for adding PHP code to the widget area of my websites. Careful handling is advised though, as PHP execution in posts, pages and widget areas can lead to unforeseen consequences. But if you know what you're doing, this is the right plugin for the job!

Old is Gold!

This plugin, although not updated for years, I still found it to be the best solution for writing HTML/PHP code into posts/pages/widgets. I have tried many other solutions, but none stands out as this. The only reasons I haven't rated it 5 stars are:

  1. It has not been updated for ages (although it works), and,
  2. Because of the annoying alert that appears at top of all admin pages. This alert should have an option to turn off globally and not for each profile individually.
