Fully featured event registration management including recurring events, locations management, calendar, Google map integration, booking management
Been using this plugin now for two years. It's the best calendar and event plugin in the world of wordpress (WOW).
In addition, it is well-supported (for free I might add) by its development team.
I tried other Events Calendar and Management plugins, paid and free...but none of them come close to the flexibility, available options, and top-notch support this plugin provides.
Events description page is showing Featured image well. But I want to show Featured Image on Events Listing page also. How I can add the code of featured images on the events listing page?
Not only is this plug-in awesome and the pro features worth every cent of the $75 fee but as an amateur web site builder the help I've received within hours for all of my questions is not just impressive it's astounding. Every question answered with a helpful and correct response and code where appropriate. Can't recommend this enough if, like me, you don't really know what you're doing but need event management on your site!
I need to use Jalali calendar format. but I don't know how to do this?
I've tried so many other event organizers, but none worked with my theme or my needs. Finally, one that just works!
I haven't yet reached the limits of what this plugin can do. Works really great with Multi site, has good documentation, looks good out of the box and can be adapted a lot. An indispensable tool in the toolbox.
Thank you ! It is very useful and functional.
I've researched event calendar plugins for HOURS on end, reading descriptions, reviews, support forums and googling references (I mean a thorough job). I have extensive calendaring needs and I tried two others that had pretty good ratings and respectable download stats. They are nothing compared to Events Manager. I've found no bugs, no glitches, no quirks and nothing's unclear. I was making single and recurring events with memorized venues within a very short (and pleasant) time. Its Setup area explains the choices it's offering you, and clarifications are throughout the data entry areas as you work. With venue name memory enabled, you can use either its drop down list OR smart fields will self populate if you type 3 letters. Maps embed beautifully and reliably. So very intuitive to work with from the back end.
Now, front end sees a beautiful, clean but informative summarized Events list which includes locations (YAY!) where a click unfolds a well laid out event page. A colorized Full Calendar (grid format) ties in as an add'l free plugin for a bonus.
I suggest you install free version, activate it and go straight into Settings where you'll see exactly what I mean right off. I'm a WP newbie who knows zero code but I understood what it was talking about, and if I can tailor this thing, anyone can. Oh, Bravo!
Impressive plugin, premium quality for free. Congratulations and many thanks to the author.
The huge amount of customers who need this plugin cant get it because they also rely on WooCommerce, the dev is missing out on some serious cash.
I really like this plugin, its high quality, is well documented, and i haven't even bought the pro version yet. I had a long review before, but i just want to say
If Events Manager free or pro supported WooCommerce this would seriously blow every other events manager out of the water.
I can see why the dev would want to keep payments in house because that is opportunity for more development. but in my opinion that is seriously limiting your customer base for the Events Manager Pro plugin, think of the customer base you would gain if you implemented WooCommerce - soooooo many payment gateways and other possibilities of implementing other features is so hard to resist you would have a massive influx of customers moving from other events manager plugins because over the last two weeks iv found every single support forum for a WordPress events manager desperately want recurring events implemented into WooCommerce.
Events Manager is by far the best events manager plugin, the only down side is it does not support WooCommerce, and thus a lot of my clients simply can't integrate it into their website payment system and merchant accounts.
