Easy Timer
Allows you to easily display a count down/up timer, the time or the current date on your website, and to schedule an automatic content modification.
This timer had the best features out of all of them. I wanted to a custom count down with a counter which would count up by 1 every 65 minutes. A call to action to get people to donate before the timer expired. My email to the developer was answered very quickly and he already had a solution for me.
