I love it. I'd give you 5 stars if I could have the tab be a different color for each of the websites I maintain. Let me know if there is a way and I missed it.

The plugin looks great out of the box but is also customisable. I had a small issue and mailed support who fixed it within minutes and issued an updated version. Very impressed.

Unlike many contact form plugins in WordPress, this one is really easy to install and customize. There is no need to touch code. I also like their analytics and the whole design of their widget
