One tiny flaw

It mess up my Dashboard so I can't move any of the plugins/widgets any more. I'm using a two-column dashboard layout, it always insists on putting itself on the bottom of the left column and now I can't move the other things or it to places I'd prefer them to be. Recommend a fix on that.
