This plugin enables you to edit and display Content Blocks in a sidebar widget or using a shortcode.
This plugin is one of the very first I install whenever I start a new WordPress site - there's hardly ever a time when it's not extremely useful. Thank you!
Really great plugin - totally changed the way I'm using WordPress!
I use it on most of my websites, to show editable content in the widget areas. The new widget template feature addition is welcomed, and I'm going to use it in my upcoming themes in combination with ACF
This kind of feature should be part of WordPress core! Works great with WP 3.8
Nothing not to like. Easily accessible from the Admin bar. Super easy to add or edit the widget. I use this in conjunction with Ultimate TinyMCE and this one-two punch gives a WordPress novice like me the tools I need to customize my site without knowing a single tag of code. I'll probably donate when I get some funds together. Yeah, it's that good.
This plugin is great, I mostly use it keep all the code out of the way of those that provide content for posts and pages.
I've used it for months now in posts, pages and even templates.
Try this plugin and support the author!
Works like a charm!
It's the missing link in the WP admin interface! Awesome!
I was a bit confused first until I realised it's using custom posts, in this case called 'content blocks'. Works very well. It's supposed to work with WPML, haven't tried that yet but will find out soon enough.
