Configurable Tag Cloud (CTC)
Display a tag cloud customized with your preferences in the sidebar.
Apart from that, plugin does what it says.
I tried another better-known plugin and, while it worked, the quality of the produced code was inferior (no W3C validation) to that of CTC.
Sure, this plugin might use some bells an whistles, but if you care about simplicity and quality, choose CTC.
Disclaimer: i am not nor know not the guy(s) who developed this plugin, i just think that credit should be given where it is due. :)
WP3.5 and 2012 theme - no cloud but the plugin looks nice and has a good array of configuration.
