I never did this before, checking out the plugin description, screenshots, reviews and the obviously active and supportive dev... I just decided it deserves 5 stars, and I haven't even tried it yet!

This plugin provides essential functionality for your settings pages for POSTS and PAGES in WP admin panel.
Does a great job at adding/removing columns, setting the widths and simple drag-&-drop re-ordering.
