It's a great plugin… But four star for confusing "create profile link"
I am not sure why "create profile" was included as a link right beside the edit user profile button. It just seems to be confusing UI. Other then that it is a great plugin that we have used successfully a couple time now.

It works very fine and it is something I was searching for a long time!

It works well enough, but it's a little confusing. You will need to edit your themes.
