This is good to avoid the need to disable main menu item if it has no content Ñ=

Perfect for what I needed
By , for WP 3.8

I tested several plugins to display excerpts of child pages, and this was the only one that worked perfectly out of the box with the theme I was working with. No template customization needed - looked great as is.

very good plugin

You'll have to dig into the code to found some great options not documented, but it's working very fine.

Meh. Better out there.

Doesn't work very well in my opinion. Unable to put more than one list on a page or in different page sections. Plugin works in a sidebar but not in a footer for example. Specifying a valid page ID with child pages produces a list of 0 results. HUH?

There are much better, simpler, and easier plugins out there that accomplish the goal of listing sub pages with a short code.
