This plugin allows you to implement super security captcha form into web forms.
Tested on WP 3.5.1.
Simple plugin that puts a simple maths question on the publicly visible forms on the website for people who are not logged in. This should defeat automated spam programs.
Clearly it is not totally infallible as the spam programs could be changed to spot and solve the maths problem but since spammer are clearly lazy so this raises the bar so should cut down on the spam noise until everyone is using this plugin.
This is a great plugin that goes a long way to prevent brute force bot attacks. It does, however, slow down logins from legitimate users and can be annoying in that regard. It would be WONDERFUL if the CAPTCHA would only appear after the user got his/her password incorrect. No bot is going to guess the password on the first try after all. This would keep the level of protection high while drastically reducing the burden. Just a thought!
The best captcha plugin I ever used, using it on all my site!
So, very easy to install and setup and put into your forms BUT setting up on a custom form is not working, details & examples to do so are limited, support is apparently not available. Tried their forums, tried email, trying here, nothing. So, the captcha is in the custom form, but does not work and verify.. so kind of pointless.
Captcha installed with no problems at all, easy to configure, allows customizing the header.
It's nice to have a simple math, maybe too simple, question instead of the hard to read, obfuscated image to read that is annoying and error prone.
What a cracking little plugin, many thanks for the developers.
I personally hate guessing squiggly images to prove I'm not human, it hurts my eyes and takes too long, this is an elegant solution to a continual problem.
I hope that development continues as it is and keeps one step ahead of spam.
Do not use this trash. installed it and it broke my login. wow.
I prefer not having a captcha, but if a client requests one, this is the one I will use.
