Allows you to install one or more plugins simply by typing their names or download URLs in a textarea.
Works good for me with the plugin names.
As suggested by other reviewers, a personal fav list would be awesome.
Current version doesn't work with putting page url on textbox.
Also there is no reply about the support thread I opened last two months. So, I guess the plugin is not maintained anymore or the developer might be busy.
Better look for other plugin.
I thin this plugin is nice except its hard to remember or keep handy my list of often installed plugins. How about a way to either
(1) Add a check-box to the "Favorites" list in the plugin installer, so I can just type in my WP username and pick out the ones I need
or (2) incorporate a way to get my favote plugins from the WP site and choose which to install
this would be KILLER!!
I tested the plugin and read through the code.
The admin interface is clean: it just adds a field to
Plugins > Add New.
The code is well organized and well written. It's much shorter than other plugins trying to do the same thing, and makes use of built-in WordPress APIs, so it's likely to work in more environments and stay stable over time.
What a good idea ! Thanks for that. Everybody has its own best plugins list that will save a lot of time.
I tested it and it does everything it claims to do. I think this should be added to the core. I wrote a quick summary here: Add Bulk Plugin Installation to #WordPress - wp.mu/br
Great, the old version was not working !
