This plugin will check your posts, comments and other content for broken links and missing images, and notify you if any are found.
Thank you! This saves me so much time!
I don't like the automatic fixing things; however this plugin don't force you to use such. It's very good for finding broken links in comments and posts. It's very helpful for people to fix their links.
The only thing I don't like is that the links in posts and comments are all coming on one page without special marking that one is in comments and one is in posts. Usually links in comments "website" field are safe to delete without thinking. The links in posts must not be auto deleted - they must be edited and fixed... That's my opinion. But it's not a problem for the plugin itself - not a big deal.
GREAT JOB, nice plugin!
Fast and easy! Thanks. I'll give a second feedback if my web grows.
Very handy when moving sites or redesigning sites.
Also checks if image urls are broken.
Makes life easier on the Web. For what it is intended to work very well. I recommend it to everyone.
just because you posted links to content does not mean the content will not move. If you actually care about the links you share on your website this IS a must have.
Brilliant and I install on every deployment I put out.
Thank you for creating this plugin. It is working great on my webpage and it saves me a lot of time
This is an incredibly well-thought out and robust plugin.
I run a site with links to over a thousand outside resources. Naturally, as partners revamp their sites, they can break dozens of links at a time with no thought about those of us who must update our links. Broken Link Checker makes this unnerving job much more manageable.
Today I stopped my work just to come here and write this review. I was just wowed by the realization that Broken Link Checker automatically fixes all instances of a broken link on your site when you update one in the backend. Really really impressive!
Handy little app so far. Time saver for sure.
It works properly. From time to time, It advices you about a broken link.
