The company does not answer e-mails nor phone calls. I got a calendar that does not work. I do not get any notification mail if someone makes a booking, and there are many other things that just do not work as they should. Then it's frustrating that the company is not willing to help.

As per the last post, I have also purchased the Bookings Plus plugin recently. It is not currently working properly (key functions not working), the customisation has not been sent (over 3 weeks later) and I have had no response to any emails or via telephone. I hope that I will hear back soon and be able to remove this message, but as the option to purchase the product is still live on the website I thought I should post here to warn people not to purchase it until this is resolved.

Just got a mail from Varun,saying his servers have been down for 2-3weeks.
He has offered to do the customization etc. Will post feedback one were done.
So hold your horses,for now.

UPDATE: Hi everyone, Had to follow this comment up with another word of praise.

Bookings+ completely sorted out any issues I was having and have further gone above and beyond the call of duty by assisting with some other bugs and issues I've had.

The team communicates well and nothing is to much for them.

I highly recommend them and this plugin is absolutely fantastic with even better back up and support!
