I use this plug in on every single WP site I manage.

This plugin is more like a software package than a plugin.. it has a comprehensive security suite for WP including IDS.. really nice.

Fantastic plugin that provides great protection for our WordPress website.

The plugin started conflicting with TimThumb and stopping the load of thumbnails. Then it started returning errors after the latest update. The error was just "error" not error loading anything, 404, nothing just error. Then it locked me out with "error".

Disabled the plugin via FTP by renaming the folder. I was able to login but then the backup it gave me at the start of everything was unusable because I wasn't able to use the plugin to restore it, as it would 'error' if it was reactivated.

Now I couldn't edit anything or I would get locked out. This is after the plugin was uninstalled.

To have my hosting company restore everything back to 11 days ago before I installed the plugin cost me $150.

In theory the plugin is great, simple to use, and has all the tools you need. It just totally conflicted with something, my theme, another plugin, my name, hair color, something.

If you are going to use the plugin, get a good backup from another plugin of your entire site including the database, just in case.

I have been very happy with this plugin; use it on 5 sites.

Even though I manually went setting by setting to set up this plugin on both of the WordPress sites I run the setup was easy and painless. For finding and installing this plugin, and a login verification one, right as the recent "admin" and other WordPress site hacks were ramping up the ease to which the setup occurred was really nice. The interface is simple and straightforward yet informative, and the frontend site sees no real changes that are visible unless you were showing version numbers in your theme. This plugin will be one of those that I install right away on all new WordPress sites I put together for people and I would strongly recommend all WordPress sites run it as fully as they can.

This has become one of the first plugins I install. It's great to have peace of mind. Very intuitive and easy to use.

I've tried them all, even paid plugins, and this is simply the best. I use it on my personal multisite domains and client sites! Definitely a no brainer when it comes to backups, blocking and more.

This plugin is one of the important parts of my blog security. Much better then a lot of paid security plugins out there. I hope to be able to use this one for a LONG time.
