Good plugin ... beats worrying about the mistakes made by algorithms of automated related posts plugins, plus, the sort ability helps find related posts you may have forgotten you wrote.

Only thing that might improve it is adding the ability to sort posts by categories.

I have guest blog posts alongside posts that are part of my ethical directory and your plugin means I can drive traffic to my paid advertisers/members and do NOT need to have related posts below my directory listings.

So far the plugin is working beautifully and I can now go back through over 1000+ posts to add related posts below them. Yes that's a lot of work but it's worth it because I remain in total control.

Other plugins that auto add related posts were disastrous for me. I have an ethical business directory so can you imagine paying to advertise your solar business and having 5 related solar companies promoted beneath your ad? NO WAY!

A good plugin, but the thumbs don't work well.

Nice! This plugin is very easy to use, extremely quick to set up (definitely less than 5 minutes) and attractive on the front-end. I like the ability to customize and to do things manually or automatically. Thank you!

I am using Manual Related Posts plugin. but in that thumbnails are not available. what can i do for that?

I have a suggestion: an option to automatically add the current posts as a 'related post' to the related posts.

Working great in under 2 minutes. If you are just looking for a way to add related posts by hand, give it a try.
It does not bother me at all, but I am sure that for many people it would be nice to have multilanguage support, otherwise it will show the "related posts" text always in just one language.
