No mess. No fuss. Intuitive.
Other plugins for local avatars were glitchy, but this one resized my images and displayed them without me having to do anything. Controls are where you would expect them to be, and it even allows users to choose their stupid Gravatars if they still want that option.
Brilliant addition
Works like charm and provides another alternative for people without a Gravatar. Great plugin
