I chose this calendar because the features where so complete. When I had a bit of trouble implementing due to a theme conflict time.ly were prompt and helpful with a resolution.

cant believe its free.

too bad almost all the ppl giving this plugin such low ratings recently are using wp 3.5+ when the plugin page clearly states that its compatible only up to 3.4.2. they should be giving their reading and attention to details abilities those low ratings instead of this great plugin. ::)

This is the only calendar plug-in I could find that would allow exporting events to personal calendars in the free version. That was the base of what I wanted. As I played with it even more, I realized just how feature rich it was, in addition to being pretty easy to use. The sidebar widget is already a favorite feature of my users, and I personally love the posterboard view of the calendar.

We went with All In One Event Calendar after a rather exhausting search and trial of most of the other WordPress calendar plugins. This was the only one that provided all the features we needed, had a good, flexible appearance on the website, and wasn’t riddled with bugs and missing features. I would recommend this plugin above all the other WordPress Event Calendars. The only drawback I can see is it does seem to be rather slow. Only time will tell what an increased quantity of events will do to long term performance.

I think this is one of the best calendar plugins around if not the best. its simple to use and just works. Its well spec'd with things like Google map locations, event cost and so much more. The best way to understand this great plugin is to install it and use it.

Two options I'd like to see are events backup, and in the Event Date and Time section an option for "To Be Arranged" (TBA) as some of the events I have to add aren't always a firm date, so what I end up doing is adding an approximate date instead which isn't really acceptable.

I am so glad I didn't update this plugin, as of now I'm still on 1.8.4 Premium and everything is working fine. I see a lot of people trying to find the 1.8.4 version, I've uploaded versions 1.8.4, 1.8.3 and 1.8.1 if you need the plugin: Mediafire AI1EC

One thing I would really like to know is how to remove the update banner because until I see some favourable reviews of 1.9.x I won't be updating.

This really is one hell of a plug in if you run events. It worked perfectly from the get go and the standard layouts are really cool.

Really this is more than I would expect even from a premium plugin.
I checked twice if it is not having some hidden costs! Only because it is unbelievable!

Really like the way the plug-in has evolved recently, including the addition of the posterboard and the ability of switching on/off the views.

The Repeat option is already very thorough, but I'd like to make two suggestions re Monthly | On day of the week: add Last to the first drop-down, and make it possible to select multiple items from 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th/Last.
