There are tons of caching plugins out there with sometimes tons options which a normal user might be overwhelmed with.
Even if you follow one of the many in-depth how-to's available for these caching plugins out there, you are often left with little or no speed improvement - if you were lucky. I can't reckon how often I ended up with a totally messed-up website.
So, I am not going to write a full review and guide you through this plugin...there are very few options - yet the plugin is very effective out-of-the-box.

I also purchased the donation version which offers some advanced options and which I would recommend.
I had some problems with installing the donation version and therefor asked for support.
What can I say? The developer's commitment was unbelievable. I have a tricky server set-up...guess what he did? He reproduced an exact copy of my server setup and found the little (or bigger?) problem after checking my website.
I guess not many developer's would do the same.
I am very happy to have a simple set-up now. My server was already well-optimized before but was sometimes very unstable in certain situations. With AIO Cache I have the same speed, better stability and can concentrate on what blogging with wordpress is really about for me: WRITING!

I'd hoped for a less frustrating cache experience, but got a broken plugin that won't update, frequent 'URGENT! Do this now because the plugin is totally broken!' emails from the developer, and I'm very frustrated because he just offered a refund to a user in the forum, and I responded that he remembered me from the dozen or so back and forth emails in which he did his best - but failed - to get the plugin to do anything other than breaking my WP install. So I said 'hey, I wouldn't mind a refund, since I'm now terrified of ever having this thing on my WP again,' and no response. Not even an attempt to fix it, just no reply - so don't expect support for your 10 bucks, priority or otherwise. Incredibly disappointing.

I have found this plugin to be very useful, also the guy's working on the support for AIO cache are the most helpful I have come across.

I can only wish them the very best and hope that enough people donate for the pro version to help them make it even better. (If that is even possible)

This plugin was made for both simplicity and quality. You shouldn't need to go through some advanced configuration to get great speed from WordPress. It should be as simple as "activate", or close to it. That is what this project is all about. Great things are to come for this plugin.
