Include content the way YOU like in an iframe that can hide and modify elements and foreward parameters. You can also embed content directly.
I am using a "portal" theme for a Rentals site in WP
Each User registers for their own account. The theme sets the User level and access.
I have a Calendar plugin that can be used by each registered User to create their own Calendars for their own Rental posts. The Calendar is tied to "Author" level and gives each User their own Calendar creation Administration panels.
If I used your plugin I would want to embed the Iframe into the User Front End interface.
But I want the Wp Admin windows to reflect the already logged in User session Username and password.
The Wp-Admin window in the IFrame must show the same environment and privileges as the User would have had they logged in directly to the Wp-Admin login.
I presume that I can pass this User's login Username and Password from their Front-End login back to the WordPress core Wp-Admin.
How is this done with your Plugin?
AWESOME plugin. Very configurable and the auto height was a big saver for our purposes. Support was excellent and prompt. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting full capabilities when embedding iFrames in WordPress.
Thanks again Michael, you have done great work.
Works out of the box!
The support is amazing
Great plugin. Awful idea to fix a limited views in the free version. Uninstalling.
One of my favourite plugins. I use it on my blog to pull pages from other sites. Incredibly customisable - highly recommended.
Nothing wrong with being forced to buy the pro version, right? It's okay, not great, features are not easy to implement, and you MUST buy pro or it will suddenly leave a message to the world on your website that you need to upgrade to the pro version after X amount of time/usage. Real classy.
I needed some help with the coding and Michael responded to my emails immediately. Great plugin and wonderful support!
I ran into a few problems, but Michael was very responsive on getting them figured out.
@pbtazit It is not very hard to figure it out if you give it a try. Some of the confusion might be caused because the English is not the programmers native language. The choice is yours take time to complain/cry about an app you did not pay for or take the time to figure it out and make suggestions to help for the "FREE APP".
Below are some items that confused me at first, but after just playing with it for a little bit I figured it out.
show_part_of_iframe_y="" Is the beginning of the vertical length of the Child Page that should be shown.
height="" Is the ending of the vertical length of the Child Page that should be shown.
show_part_of_iframe_height="" Is the total vertical length to be shown from the parent page perspective.
show_part_of_iframe_x="" Is the beginning of the horizontal length of the Child Page that should be shown.
width="" Is the ending of the horizontal length of the Child Page that should be shown.
show_part_of_iframe_ width ="" Is the total horizontal length to be shown from the parent page perspective.
Thanks Michael for the great app and great support.
Followed directions Don't work ... take off list, typical geek I expect thinks everyone is a partial geek also and should be able to figure it out from small amount of info given, have you every heard of example admin codes not just examples of results that is easy give, examples of how to implement the code, this is one of the biggest problems with all (free) plugins contributors, they want some money that, is okay but at least help us make it work to be so cryptic spell it out exactly verbatim how to make it work, how can you pay for something if it does not work, not read Admin very thing is THERE crud, maybe to help us more dense, NO I expect not.
