Add notes as admin notices in contextual help tabs, as well as compile them into an instruction manual.
I love this plugin because I can write simple notes and have them display at the point where the client needs them. I also encourage clients to write there own notes so they have them for next time.
I first used it on a site with custom fields. However now I am finding more and more handy spots to use them, and when clients ask me about something, I have started adding the site notes, so that next time they ask the same question I can refer them to the site notes.
This means when you do things that a slightly non standard you can also write notes for yourself so when you look again you will know what you did 18 months ago.

Good Plugin, but in WP 3.6 i dont find "Admin Guide" in the dashboard, I cant activate it.
This is a very exciting and well-needed plugin. I think it can improve in terms of clarifying all the amazing REASONS you might want to use this, to improve your site's performance.

Again, beautifully done, but you may want to play with it a bit to figure out its potential.

+1 for a close button, that lets user close notifications on their own. Alternatively a timer button (i.e. delete the message after X days) would also rock.
For the longest time I've been looking for a WP feature like this. It is great to be able to work with colleges and clients over the Admin pages.
