This is great for uploading large files to your own site. I've used it for audio and Skype interviews.
This plugin has saved me hours of work over the last week, due to moving all my client sites to a new server.
It makes life so much easier - this functionality REALLY needs to be in the core!

I moved a blog to a new server and none of the images moved, so I manually uploaded years of images in their applicable UPLOADS files ... none were in the Media File. This plugin saved me so much time AND quickly.
