It works.
By , for WP 3.9.2

Provides the functionality it claims to provide, in a fairly lean implementation.

Only problem I noticed was the spinner GIF, as others have noted.

If you would like to see this functionality baked into core, I suggest you lend your voice in this trac ticket:

By , for WP 3.4.2

its working with 3.4.2 at least!!

quite nice, thank you very much :-D I'm still a beginner so it'll serve me as well to analyze how to do it, since i see the code is quite small :)

Works well
By , for WP 3.5

There's a minor bug though - the "loading" circle is always displayed next to the "Add to menu" button.

Working, but "waiting" image stays visible in backend
By , for WP 3.5

Thanks for this plugin! 5 stars.
Works beautifully in WP 3.5, however in the menu backend the "waiting" gif is constantly visible.
Best,
Vita
