It doesn't matter what I enter in the 'Zip/Post Codes' field under Settings>Shipping>Local Delivery, they never figure in the options available when using the cart. I ended up putting 'RM' and NOTHING else in the box, Specific Countries set to United Kingdom, ticking Enable Local Delivery, and then using the cart as a customer, and entering an RM postcode still listed only International Delivery options!
