During the import from a ZIP file, TablePress obeys the order of the files as they are in the ZIP file. This is not necessarily the alphabetic order, but the order in which the files where added to the ZIP file. Especially on Windows, this can apparently be off a little bit, as in your case, depending on how the files were added to the ZIP archive.
This can obviously not be influenced by TablePress.
I therefore suggest that you play around with various ways of adding the files to the ZIP archive. Maybe you can somehow sort them in your ZIP program, so that they are stored in the desired order.
If that does not help, why don't you simply change the IDs of the tables 1, 2, and 3 to numbers 651, 652, and 653. That way, the order should be correct, just with a slight offset in the numbers.
