Zenfolio Authentication

Hi Sayontan,

First, gratulations with some excellent work. My image resources are unfortunately spread, and your plugin makes live easy.

I have a question / issue in relation to the zenfolio portion. Going to the familiar settings for Zenfolio I do not seem to find the necesarry entries for account name and password to access your Zenfolio site.

Did I miss it completely, or is it indeed missing?

Also, one can not (yet) set Zenfolio as a default source (general settings.
