zeebizzcard theme (login vs non-login)

So. I can’t seem to figure out what’s going on here. Whenever I use this theme….depending on if I’ve logged in or not we’ll determine how it looks. Most of the themes main options (like the ability to change the front image upder apperance > header ) ONLY shows when I log in to the page…when I view regulalrly without logging in, I don’t see the change.

Another good example….when I change the name of the blog under settings > general….I can change it to 1,2,3 if I want and I’ll only see the title change of 1,2,3 if I’m logged in….if I’m still out, I see my old name.

Makes no sense. It’s a default install of the theme with nothing changed.
