z-index is set higher than my lightbox – fixed

So I have a video modal lightbox on the site and when triggered, the AA’s Digg Digg Alternative sits above the lightbox dark background.

for those that run into this, I set the z-index for this plugin to 8000 in the 3 z-index inline css references in the floating-social-bar.php file
