I want to add a latest video of a YouTube channel(I’ll be manually changing the videos as new videos get uploaded) and allow people to comment on the video underneath the YouTube video and it’ll be integrated with YouTube.

Example:

Like that, but “Vote Up” and such isn’t needed.

Forgot to add, I wanted this on a widget, is it possible with the one you listed?

Okay, I tried it on the widget and it didn’t work. Is there any plug ins that work with the sidebar and that you can comment on to?

Sorry, the only plugins I know of either integrate YouTube and WordPress comments, or let you put YouTube videos in a widget. I can’t think of one that does both. There’s probably a custom way to address this need, but I’m not savvy enough with WordPress or PHP to know what that might be.
