   My YouTube videos show up above my Dashboard toolbar when you scroll the page. Also, I have a gallery plugin that is supposed to gray the page out, but the videos never get grayed out. It's like they are on top of everything.

   It's a very well-known issue with Flash. I'm not sure what the solution is other than to temporarily hide the video when the Gallery item is displayed. Maybe some other people have better suggestions (I don't deal with Flash very much).
