youtube videos overlap sidebar

hi! I’ve installed wordpress and think it’s amazing, however I have a problem. some of my larger youtube videos overlap the sidebar. I’ve tried moving it by going to the stylesheet and editing the margin-left and with of the #sidebar however it just goes under all of the posts.
