• Anyone get Adsense – YouTube Video Units to work on their blog?

I followed the instructions and created an adsense player in YouTube and pasted the code in a post but all it displays is a link that says, “Watch the latest videos on YouTube.com” No videos.

I verified the link between google and YouTube.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks-

  • I don’t know about adsense, but for embedding the video you turn off the code editor (make sure to go to the user options and uncheck that one too), and then the embed code will be saved. You also do all that again if you re-open to edit.

There’s also a plugin for video.

    Vera, thanks for your response.

You’re right, there are several good video plugins available, but this problem is relative to the Adsense Video Units that were just made available from YouTube.

Once you configure your video player on YouTube it generates code to use for embedding in a post, but the generated code only displays a link to YouTube.

I was wondering if anyone else was seeing this. Can’t find help anywhere else.

    Thanks-
