Youtube shortcode not working

Hi,
We are using the plugin; shortcodes ultimate http://gndev.info/shortcodes-ultimate/ on our website:
http://www.houseoftango.co.uk/ and can’t seem to upload videos from Youtube. We click preview and that seems fine but when we click insert in to post nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.
