I just figured it out my first question after a few changing attemps.
Now my only question is about the thumbnail sizes.

Does the CSS property ‘background-size’ solve your problem? (As mentioned in this comment: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/video-is-smaller-than-my-article-width#post-5391776)

Yeah, no problem. I was about to do that on the same comment when I told I have figure it out but then I thought it was so simple that could sound a litle bit dumb from my part lol.
I just added the parameters after the normal link to embed the lazy load video on the post you want it to appear.
Like this:
(Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJNR2EpS0jw?controls=0)
I just didn’t know that could work directly on the youtube’s link.
To add more parameters just add the & string,
(Example: ?controls=0&rel=0 …)
