    First you have to remove the meta tag and then clean the cache, if you use a cache plugin and also clean the browser cache. Same happened to me and so I fixed it.

    hey guys I really need help with this too please. how do I remove the meta tag? where do I go and what do I need to do.

    When you remove meta tag you need to purge cache and try it again.

    well i deleted it and i still get same title for every page or blog and also no description is shown ????

    is it the wp update, wordpress seo or the theme?
